Fr. Thomas Naduviledath, SDV Administrator of the Parish. Fr. Thomas was born in India, July 1980. He joined the Vocationist Fathers in 1996 at Thalore Father Justin Vocationary and continued his priestly studies in Marymatha major Seminary at Mulayam Thrissur Kerala, India.He took his perpetual vows of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience on May 9th 2004. He was ordained as a deacon by Most. Rev. Jacob Thoomkuzhy, Archbishop of Thrissur, on March 7th 2007 at Marymatha Seminary. He was ordained as a priest by Most. Rev. Mathew Areckal bishop of Kanjirappally on January 7th 2008.His first assignment was as an assistant Vicar at Sacred Heart Church Erumapetty Thrissur Kerala, India until October 2009. Then he came to the USA and served in the Diocese of Burlington from November 2009 to August 2014, as Associate Pastor at Mater Dei Parish Newport Vermont, which is cluster of five parishes, at St. Mary Star of the Sea in Newport, Saint Edward the Confessor in Derby Line, Saint Benedict Labre in West Charleston St. James the Greater Island Pond and St Bernard of Clairveaux Mission, Norton.
Rev. Vernon Kohlmann, S.D.V., who serves as a Parochial Vicar. Fr. Vernon was born in 1943, joined the Vocationist Fathers in 1989 and pronounced his first vows in 1994. After completing his philosophical and theological studies at Immaculate Conception Seminary, South Orange, he was ordained a priest in 1998. He has served parishes in Newark, Palisades Park and Paterson.
Rev. Patrick Nwachukwu, S.D.V., was born in Nigeria on February 17, 1974; he has been a Vocationist since 1995 and has been ordained a priest since August 3, 2002. After his ordination Fr. Patrick was sent as a missionary to Madagascar where he had been for twelve years as Parochial Vicar, Vocation Director, Superior of our Vocationary and Pastor of St. Joseph’s in Abatondranzaka. (He served for two years as Parochial Vicar at St. Gerard Majella Parish in Paterson and Our Lady of the Visitation, in New Brunswick). For the past two years he has been administrator of Mater Dei Parish in Newport, VT.
