We are thrilled to welcome Father Ignatius Okoroji, SDV, to our parish! Father Ignatius brings with him a wealth of experience and spiritual insight, having been ordained in the Congregation of the Society of Divine Vocations. He holds two master’s degrees one in Theology and Ministry of the Word, and another in Organizational Leadership.

Father Ignatius’s guiding scripture, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me” (Luke 4:18), reflects his deep commitment to carrying the Lord’s message and ministering to our spiritual needs. He reminds us of the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made for us on the Cross, freeing us from sin and renewing us as God’s loving children. Father Ignatius invites us all to spend beautiful moments with the Lord, letting His love manifest in our lives so the Spirit of God can make all things right.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Father Ignatius is the founder of the Communitas Mater Domini (CMD) and is known for celebrating Healing Masses and services across various parishes. He is also currently serving as the Retreat Director of the Vocationist Fathers in Florham Park, NJ.

We are blessed to have Father Ignatius join our community, and we look forward to the wisdom, compassion, and spiritual guidance he will share with us. Let us warmly welcome him and embrace the new journey we will embark on together.
