Heavenly Father,
On this Memorial Day, we lift up in prayer the brave men and women who have laid down their lives in the service of our nation. Grant them eternal rest, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. We also remember those who continue to serve with courage and dedication—protect them and guide them in Your mercy. May their sacrifice be a reflection of the self-giving love of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who laid down His life for all. Stir in our hearts a deep gratitude and a desire to live in service to others, seeking justice, peace, and the common good.
