The drawing will be held during our Annual Parish Picnic offering 3 chances to win cash prizes based on our total proceeds
Prize Structure
1st Prize: 35% of total proceeds
2nd Prize: 10% of total proceeds
3rd Prize: 5% of total proceeds

How to Participate

Sell your book of tickets. Additional books are available in the Parish Office
Volunteers are needed to set up, clean up, grill and distribute food.
Donations of paper towels, napkins, water bottles, soda cans, salads, snacks & desserts.
Winners do not need to be present to claim their prizes.
Bring your own seating.
Bring your own wine & beer.

Important Deadline

By State Law: ALL ticket books (sold AND unsold) must be returned to the Parish Office in the provided small return envelope by Thursday, July 31, 2025
